Hi,
I have problem with specific markers for fibroblast and myofibroblast for valve interstitial cells. I want to do FACS separtion those two population and culture them.
Mainly I though about CD90 (+), DDR2 (+), FSP1 (+) CD45 (-), CD31 (-). In some publications I found information about CD29, CD44, CD326, MyHC-Apla1. Non of them are specific for the valve cells. This is main problem.
Of course alfa SMA, and SM22 for myofibroblast.
If someone can help me will be great!

Fibroblasts cells express the following positive CD markers: CD29, CD40, CD44, CD63, CD73, CD86, CD90, CD95, CD99, CD105, CD17, CD166

thank you very much! I know this markers and this publications very well but with quiescent fibroblast in valve it is not so easy.
