I want do an IP to pull down F-Actin and associated proteins. I have the AbCam monoclonal C4 actin antibody. Do I have any chance of pulling down F-actin or will I predominantly get G-actin? Anyone familiar with this? Needs to be done quickly and I don't have time to do a pull-down with an F-actin-binding protein.

Mainly G-actin. Try to stabilize F-actin cytoskeleton using biotinylated phalloidin, and after that lyse cells and pull down using streptavidin coated dynabeads.
