Extraction permittivity and permeability from S-parameter?

When I want to extract permittivity and permeability directly from a CST, error appears in this format

(Template based post-processing result "Extract Material Properties":

Error in calling "EvaluateMultiple1DComplex" function (The specified result item does not exist: "1D Results\S-Parameters\S1,1".)

can anyone help me?
