I want to use hard plastic (polyphenylene oxide ) for purpose manufacture volumetric cylinder which uses the tool under microwave radiation for 20 min in drying chamber.
my inquiry about can use this material to the mode from polyphenylene oxide is it easier to manufacture and cheaper.

I am not sure - I didn't find the microwave properties. It is probably ok. The danger is it could absorb microwaves and get hot if its loss tangent is high at microwave frequencies. The data I found was only at 60 Hz, where it is low-loss.
Put a piece in a microwave oven beside a cup of water (in case it is good, so the microwave doesn't see zero load), and if it doesn't get warm by the time the water boils (2 to 3 minutes) it is probably ok. If you want to know about longer times, repeat! (quickly, so it doesn't cool down).

I want to use microwave to soil drying , my eq, Can i use polyphenylene oxide ?
If it doesn't get hot in the tests I suggested above, it should be perfectly good for holding soil for microwaving.
