I'm not certain that I understand your question fully. Are you stating that there are only 3 toxins released by bacteria that have activity to kill other bacteria? That statement would be highly incorrect, there are hundreds of extracellular toxins (or bacteriocins) that kill other bacteria, with varying host ranges. If you are discussing intracellular toxins, then there are also many of those, much more than 3.
