I'm not certain that I understand your question fully. Are you stating that there are only 3 toxins released by bacteria that have activity to kill other bacteria? That statement would be highly incorrect, there are hundreds of extracellular toxins (or bacteriocins) that kill other bacteria, with varying host ranges. If you are discussing intracellular toxins, then there are also many of those, much more than 3.
I discuss about other things. EDF is a quorum sensing signals that starting programmed cell death in bacteria and it isn't extra cell toxin. EDF in some way caused unstable toxin-antitoxin complex in bacterial cell.
