Hi everyone, I am a new user on Synopsys TCAD software. Currently I am working on transistor modeling and need to extract RF parameters. In research gate forum I found the method to extract RF parameter but facing some issue in SWB module.

As instruction mentioned, Extensions -> Run Inspect -> Extensions -> Two port parameter I click on the 'Extensions' tab options are available, after go to 'Run Inspect' option a new window pop up but here I can not open 'Extensions' tab this option is disable. If anyone knows how to resolve this kindly drop your answer.
