I think Tobias Mettler has made an important point here. I think the applicability of the models depends on the sample you are going to survey.

First, in case you are asking practitioners that have the option of adopting telemedicine or waive it entirely, such as established doctors who do not have to obey organizational policies or demands, TAM might be a good start (Although I think TAM is a bit outdated in the light of many more acceptance models that have been developed since).

Second, if you are drawing your sample from employees that work for a certain institution (such as radiologists working for a clinic), you might want to look at the users' technology resistance behavior as your dependent variable. As a start, I suggest the following paper:

Kim, H.-W. and Kankanhalli, A. (2009). Investigating User Resistance to Information Systems Implementation: A Status Quo BiasPerspective. MIS Quarterly, 33(3), pp. 567-582.

In this paper, the authors present a setting in which employees are confronted with the introduction of a new information system (which could be adapted to your telemedical setting).
