Hi All,

I study inflammatory settings where gdT cells show up. I would like to characterize the type of the gdT cells involved. Different (the few that I know of) gamma or delta specific FACS antibodies are a good start. Yet, I am wondering if tetramers can be used to detect/identify gdT cell subtypes. Does anyone have experience in this? And if yes, what sort of tetramers could be used? I am thinking about T22 and I-E(K) , but these are only picked by a quick read of a few reviews. Any advice on (1) tetramer staining in general and (2) the usability of tetramers in gdT cells from someone more knowledgable than me?

Thanks in advance,

Tamas
