Experience using Dahlqvist assay of intestinal disaccharidases?

Our lab is planning to use the Dahlqvist assay of disaccharidases (Dahlqvist A. Scand J Clin Lab Invest 1984). However, an important ingredient - Glox Novum from Kabi Diagnostica AB, containing glucose oxidase, peroxidase, choromogen and buffer - is no longer sold. Anyone having suggestions for alternatives?
