Dear colleague
As this pandemic sweeping the entire worlds. Much talk about the existing Antiviral drugs such as :
Chloroquine
hydroxychloroquine
Japan Recommending a Drug called AVIGAN
6-Fluoro-3-hydroxypyrazine-2-carboxamide )
The Chemical structure of these drugs are Shown in the attached file
We can see that these molecules are relatively small molecules.
Is there is a way to predict which compounds of these two different class is more probable to be Best based on quantum chemical calculations , charges , binding sites , and docking , etc....
Usually when some one discover some new compounds they do not elaborate on all the studies
I am posting this discussion to see if we can understand more about these molecules and other one which might be effective .
So please feel free to post here your thought and idea about this issue.

Though there is no study till date about the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine and tamiflu in corona virus infection but these drugs boost immunity and thereby might be the drug of choice when nothing is available to treat this pandemic.
