I'm looking for alternative biochemical methods for nitrate (NO₃⁻) estimation, excluding the Cataldo et al. (1975) method. If anyone has experience with other established techniques, such as *spectrophotometric, chromatographic, or enzymatic assays, I would appreciate your insights. Any recommendations on reliable and widely used methods would be helpful.
