Every time I enter my email your program tells me: email error I can't be verity. Is there an alternative verification of me?

I can't be verified because ResearchGate has my email ([email protected]) programmed already, and rejects me, saying that my email has already been used. That is not true. I've never given ResearchGate my institutional email address. Please change this so I can be verify. Thank you.
