Samples of (250 mg) were digested using 2 mL of HNO3 (60% v/v) in polyfluorocarbon pressure vessels in a microwave oven at 200 W for 15 mins. After cooling at room temperature, digests were filtered (Advantec ashless, grade 5C) and diluted with ultrapure water to 25 mL. This can be used for ICPMS or AAS analysis
