Hi Delaram - you might want to check out Expimetrics (www.expimetrics.com) which now has more than 1,300 researchers using it from all over the world. You can schedule either email notifications (and include your Qualtrics survey) or mobile notifications (and include your Qualtrics survey link) or just create surveys directly on the Expimetrics system which allows you to track response rates etc.
