Maybe you have wrong dem or not UTM projected DEM.

While creating new project always start with new folder and clear all temporary and prefetch files

DEM, predefined basin and streams, all are having UTM projection and perfectly overlay over eachother. I've cleared all temp and prefetch files. But the same error still exists.

Then You do one thing.

Make a project file in connecting folder of C drive.

Leelambar Singh, It is still showing the same error. I have tried it different ways- by installing and making project file in C drive as well as other than C drive. I've tried it on another PC too.

Hi Akanksha and all,

I got the same error when open the watershed delineation window. To avoid this issue, keep your SWAT project empty and do not add any layer, then open the delineation window, after that add the DEM map "Prefer in UTM coordination" from this window. Lastly, you will get your SWAT project without this issue and having the same coordinates for the DEM layer.
