I am unable to set the correct path for adt in the config file even mgltools is already installed.
When I prepare receptor file, the cmd mod of pymol shows error:
/bin/sh: 1: /usr/bin/adt/prepare_receptor4.py: not found
Plz help to resolve this.

Make sure that mgltools is correctly installed like:
/usr/local/mgltools_x86_64Linux2_1.5.4/MGLToolsPckgs/AutoDockTools/Utilities24/prepare_receptor4.py
Or, you can try UCSF Chimera to prepare receptor file for Vina:

I troubleshooted the error during the generation of the receptor in the autodcok vina pymol plugin.
In the scripts and program paths of the plugin, for the AutoDockTools, set the below given path with following: /dist-packages/Pmw/Pmw_1_3/
so finally it should be smiliar to this:
/home/user/MGLTools-1.5.7/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/Pmw/Pmw_1_3/lib/AutoDockTools/Utilities24
