I want to solve the log files in Linux platform only. WRF is based on Linux platform.

The first log suggests that the netcdf-fortran paths are not available or linked while configuring. I am not sure whether you are done with the installation of WRF-ARW package, as it shows error in 2nd log file. The problems are based on libraries especially netcdf. Could you please share the system path (the directory where you are trying to install the WRF, WPS) and the Dependencies path (The directory where netcdf and other dependencies are installed).

Thanks for your guidance . It helped me. Finally I installed the WRF model.I reinstalled the netcdf files and then run the WRF model.

Could you tell how you reinstalled netcdf files??? and run WRF?

i am also facing same problem that geogrid.exe and metgrid.exe is not generating
