We are using Ligand scout for pharmacophore modelling. I want to design a Pharmacophore from an enzyme-protein docked complex.

Enzyme has an inhibitory action on this protein.

I wish to identify small molecules mimics the enzyme and based on its interaction with protein. I want to extract the Pharmacophore features of enzyme interaction with protein and use this pharmacophore to screen the drug library.

The interacting residues of the docked complex are analyzed through lig plot. 7 residues of enzyme interacting with protein. ( Residues No. 61, 159, 160, 185, 187, 205 and 207)

I completed the following steps in Ligand Scout.

1. Selection of the residues.

2. Move to core

3. Generated Pharmacophore Model.

4. Moved to the Alignment Perspective

5. Merge Pharmacophore Models (picture 5- error in this step)

After 'Merging Pharmacophore Models' option there is error.

I attached a picture of the error plz suggest to me how I can solve this error.
