Hello everyone,
I am simulating a model using shape memory alloy, when I ran my simulation I got the error " Failed to find a solution for all parameters,
even when using the minimum parameter step.
Iteration for finding elasto-plastic strain variables did not converge"
Could you please tell my why I get this error ?

Some of the reasons for non-convergence are
1. The boundary conditions for your model may be not correct.
2. Input values of properties for material or alloys may be inaccurate.
3. Selection of computational grid and solver type in the simulation. Consider a variable step solver, with higher number of nodes per step as elasto-plastic behavior is being analyzed.
4. Choosing a relative criterion for error estimation of parameters, and/or giving a very small tolerance for convergence criterion.
You need to properly check your material definiton data and load rate.
