Do you think the following situations do not affect journals' quality, neutrality, reputation, and ranking?

1) Journals' editors should not be from neutral research disciplines or fields?

2) All authors' manuscripts should be sent out after assessment for review?

3) It is honest that a journal editor sends information on certain manuscripts to other editors while they are under review?
