Epigenomic and Transcriptomics clinical data of Patients treated with DNMTi/HDACi ?

Is there any epigenomic (H3K27ac or H3K27me3 or both) and transcriptomic clinical trial data available where patients have been treated with any epigenetic drug for example DNMTi or HDACi ?

Just to make sure that I am looking for both epigenomic and transcriptomic data from the same cohort.

I'll really appreciate if someone could help us out with that.
