Enzyme cleave off sulfation on cell surface, is sulfation important or not?

I am looking for any enzyme that has the potential to cleave off sulfate group on protein or cell surface. I am studying alternative glycan structures of pancreatic cancer and asking the question: whether sulfation is important or not?

Hi there,

if you type sulfatase in your favorite search engine, you will find diverse available sulfatases but mainly described active on carbohydrates but I guess it would be worth trying their potential activity on proteins...
