I am trying to get enthalpy change for thermal unfolding of my protein using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The graph was attached below. Instead of two parallel baselines in normal DSC data, the baseline after transition is sharply decreasing. It may be caused by protein aggregation after denaturation. The melting temperature I got is very close to that from other methods. Is that possible to obtain enthalpy change from this data? Thanks!
