Enrichment of bacteria mRNA from host-bacteria sample

Hello

I would like to do differential expression of a insect bacteria but I am conscientious of most of the mRNA will be from the insect. Has anybody test some microbe enrichment kits?

I found one of thermo-fisher MICROBEnrich™ Kit but the spesification says that is for enrichment bacteria from mammals.

Have you used it for insect?
