I do not know why the journals and publishers are not providing the good support for editing or improving the English by first looking the science problem. I found many research articles which have published due to high quality of English writing compared to scientific content. Why the scientific content of any submitted article is out rightly ignored by the reviewers/editor in chief due to inferior high quality English writing? Is Science suppressed by the Literature?
It is a frustration for non-native speakers to submit articles and get a rejection because of writing skills. It is important to write an article with good English as it is a reflection of the quality of the science the paper discusses. Also, good quality English convey ideas as the author wants them.
Sometimes, the article gets rejected because of typos which indicate that the author didn't pay much attention to the article.
In such studies language acts as the 'vessel' of science, that is why it should be accurate enough to avoid any misunderstandings. However, to solve this problem a profecient user of English can be asked to edit the article before submitting it to publication.
