I'm working with Boyden Chamber (Neuroprobe) with Nuclepore Track-Etch Membrane from Whatman (PVPfree) and i'm facing problems with electrostatic electricity when i take the membranes out of the box to put them on the Boyden and then the same electrostatic problem when try to put the membrane inside the Boyden Chamber. Does anyone face this kind of problem too?? Another problem that i face was the MDA-MB-231 cells did not attach to the membrane and where on the upper medium of the Boyden Chamber. Has anyone face the same problem that i'm facing with the difficulty of adhesion of the cells to the membrane? Could be because of electrostatic electricity?
