Hi researchers, if anyone here is experienced with EMSA, I'd like to have a look at a recommended protocol.
PS: I am thinking to perform it with IkB DNA probes that I already have, with nuclear protein extracts obtained from HeLa cells

Hello,
It depends whether you want to use radioactive ATP labelled probes or a simple probe with a nucleic acid dye like the SYBR green (or even Etbr) from molecular probes.
