Break reminder software reminds computer users to take regular breaks. It has been used for years. -

i am looking for  serious studies on the effects of regular breaks,

and the effect of self regulation of the break interval VS fixed intervals ?

has anyone looked at the personality types and the kind of break reminder use and profiling that goes along with different personalities ?
