Do you need to conduct EDS analysis or do you need a reference?
Anyway, I would not recommend such an analysis. The only sensible thing I see is to compare Cl peak intensity for different specimens. But these should be bulk specimens, and there are better means to work with bulk specimens than EDS.
If you want to confirm the adsorption of crystal violet dye on carbon based materials then you can also use FTIR test. In FTIR spectrum you can easily identify the presence of crystal violet dye.
You can test EDS and see the elemental mapping, then you can compare pristine materials with crystal violet dye adsorbed materials.
