I would like to try the EconoTaq Plus MasterMix for the duplex RT-qPCR with TaqMan probes. We have AB 7300 RT System. The problem się that Lucigen provides only the protocol for simple PCR, but they say it should work. Does anyone have any experience and could share some knowledge? Thank you!
