Destructive earthquakes have been occurred in Turkey on Feb.06, 2023. More than 40 large dams have been damaged with different severity. Severe damages have been observed at some of them. In Turkey we, as scientists, discuss the triggering effect of large dams to earthquake. Now, we are planning a national project on the triggering effect of large reservoirs on earthquake as based on data belonging to Ataturk dam. We have mentioned it in this chapter approximately ten year ago.
