We all know that earth core is at very high temperature. Is it possible to extract that energy out from there?
Geothermal as of now the technology is not well mature enough as per my opinion. What i have in my mind is all around the world we must be able to extract this energy out from the earth core or mantle. I know there are many practical problems associated. But i strongly believe that it is possible for man kind. If this idea is accomplished this is a permanent solution for energy crisis right?

Hi, the pressure at the inner/outer core boundary is over 300 GPa, and around 360 GPa at the outer's margin. Then, It is unlikely that under such a pressure, it would be possible to reach that region with the tools created by any human being. It also means that if mankind starts to use energy from the core, it can also accomplish explosion of the earth at the same time. So I think there is no need to get there. best wishes
We are already tapping this energy source that comes close to us as geothermal heat (nothing to do with volcanoes). We don't need to go deep to get it, it is coming to us just 2 to 3 meters below our feet. This is how some houses and public buildings are connected and get warmth in the winter and coolness in the summer in North America.
