I recommend to check the input data of the site orthogonals and specially the latitude. The model generally use its default values otherwise a different value is entered.

that means you defined your EVT elevation below the surface.check in object properties in Modelmuse for your EVT package. whether you defined it Model _top or imported elevation and also check whether you interpolated the model top with the regional DEM of the area.
