Routine normal LB plate, after transformation and overnight incubate, store 4 degree about 15 days, and some of them turns red and some are normal white. There are no difference under fluorescent microscope. Can this is because the bacteria accumulated difference amount of irons from surrounding?

Porphyrins can have fluorescence at longer excitation / emission wavelengths eg HeNe laser 633 excitation (Or cy 5 filter set). It could be that the red colonies have died and the white ones are still alive. The biochemistry of live and dead cells are very different. You could just put the plate at 37C for a few hours and see if and which of the colonies increase in size or at different rates to test this.
