MoS2 has been synthesized using hydrothermal and dried in normal oven, but couldn't get the satisfactory results. And when dried in vacuum oven, results were satisfactory. Please suggest.

Do you have a rotary evaporator available to you? That would be my suggested backup plan if you don't have a vacuum oven.
I'm presuming the MoS2 is in powder form? If using a rotary evaporator, you should use a powder flask, such as this: https://rotovaps.net/products/ika-powder-flasks. The powder may stick to the walls of a standard, smooth-walled evaporation flask, whereas a powder flask will help to tumble the powder and ensure it is more thoroughly dried.
