Actually i wanted to calculate intercalation and deintercalation charge from CV curve, but there was a problem that how to take colouration and bleaching portion ?
Then i perform chronoamperiommetry to calculate intercalation charge and deintercalation charge and get it .

You can try chrono coulommetry technique to find charge intercalation-deintercalation. Before that you should find exact values of cathodic and anodic potential during cyclic voltammetric run to study charge intercalation-deintercalation for a particular time.
