Currently working and I'm not open to a freeze dryer to dry my protein isolate. Can I airdry. Will the protein content not be affected?
If you don't have a freeze dryer - then simply freeze it. Air drying will most likely kill it!
the protein content is not affect
Thanks for your responses
What type of experimental design do l use and what statistical tools do l use for the hypothesis. What is the position of control group in the analysis?. Thanks
