I have an organic compound which involves isobutylamine and diethylene glycol diacrylate (solvent free) and I need to prepare a sample for GPC. I am pretty new to chemistry, so I am wondering what is the easiest procedure to dry the Macromer solution before GPC? In the literature they don't say they do the drying but when I look at the GPC protocol, I see that I need to dry my sample in order to get rid of any water. Could you please explain me how I can do that in more detail, please?

I"m not familiar with your system, but 3 or 4 angstrom molecular sieves would be a good choice to start. Anhydrous sodium sulfate might also work. I'm curious, what solvent is the GPC using, and why does it need to be dried? is your compound an emulsion in water, or lower amounts?
If your GPC application allows to use THF as solvent, you don't have to remove traces of water. Water will elute in dead time after your polymer peak.
