Hi all,

i'm new in R and i need to analyse some data from a time course/dose response assay.

Basically, i have resoult of different microalgae treated with the same drug but at different concentration for 6 h. Sample (3 independent) were taken every 1 h.

After plotting all this point in excel in a time-course graph, i decided to take the responses of each drug concentration of time 6 for all the microalgae used and i would like to find the LC50.

someone can give me some info/reference how to prepare the data to import in R as well as where is possible to find a script to do this analysis?
