Yes, I know this paper (good reference), but it rather focuses on the differences between Cu-rich and slightly Cu-poor absorbers. I am interested in a wider group-I range from I/III ~ 0.7 - 1, with corresponding doping/SCR widths extracted from CV (Mott-Schottky analysis).
