Does vitamin A acetate and vitamin K3, both feed grade, require test for related substances?

We are in the middle of developing animal products and the products will be using feed grade APIs and excipients, some food grade. We are then required to do necessary documentation. We are wondering whether it is necessary to do test for related substances.

Any idea or publication on the same?
