Does the presence of prim. amines interfer with the reaction of an alcohol with a sugar-trichloroacetimidate?

Hi,

I'd like to react 2-aminoethanol with a Bn-protected glucose trichloroacetimidate and I'm wondering whether the amine will interfer with the glycosylation.

Dear Andreas Beil I agree with Dr. Larissa Krasnova.You its better to mask the amino group with azide,run glycosylation and then reduce N3 to NH2.
