Hi, I have a 16 by 16 image. Can I take 9 cells to compute HOG? How would the cell size be here? Is every cell different in size? Please clarify.
cell size is 8x8 pixel. there i read in tutorial. here is the example :
1. 64x128 pixel image
2. divide into 16x16 block image, block of 50% overlap, so there is 7x15 blocks or 105 blocks
3. each block should consist of 2x2 cell image, each cell is 8x8 pixels
