A several journals impose a publication charges for publications, but many researcher have doubts about the research quality of these journals, however a sveral journals among those are indexed in well knowing scientific database such as:scopus or web of science and other database, so the question is:
Does the journals fees influence on the research quality?
In my opinion we must well select and preferably avoid paying newspapers.
