The PAL and PPO enzymes activity increased in response to environmental stresses. PAL activity increased more than PPO in stress conditions special high temperature stress. Is the a good reason?

Thanks for your good answer, but i need an article about the effect of high temperature or drought stresson by more phenyl alanin amonialyase(PAL) enzyme activity than poly phenoloxidase (PPO) special on olive.
