You must take into account the operating temperature of PV module, even if it is small especially at outdoor conditions where are quite different than STC.
Ya temperature increase will reduce the amount of power generated by the solar cell, since the cell is photo dependent for power generation, elevated temperature on the cell will disturb the chemistry of the cell chemicals which in turn reduced power output

yes , the solar energy can not convert electricity in PV panel. The conversion efficiency of solar PV panel only 46% remaining solar energy is absorbed in the form heat in the PV panel. Due to this reason the temperature is increases and reduce the efficiency/ voltage in the PV panel.
