Sustainable leadership is clear to the leaders, and it emphasizes the participation and cooperation between work teams and the participation in setting goals, so there will be a mutual influence relationship between leaders and work teams and increase communication between individuals, increase creativity and innovation among individuals, increase deep learning and stimulate bilateral communication
Basically, I did some research a while back and it showed that the language used by leaders in healthcare, changed and this was in response to changes to the operating environment in which they worked.
The language change in this instance was toward a more competitive, commercial ethos - rather than one of collaboration and community.
