I'm learning to perform the multivariate covariance analysis with SSMPCA toolbox (scanvp/ssmpca, www.feinsteinneuroscience.org). The step-by-step procedure to obtain covariance pattern and relatives single-subject scores is well described by several articles and within scanvp instruction. However, to derive a robust covariance pattern a bootstrap resampling should be performed to identify the most reliable voxels within the original derivation dataset associated with the least standard deviation in a repeated pattern derivation (see attached articles). But I don't understand whether this part of analysis can be performed with scanvp toolbox. If so, how is this to be achieved?

Thank you,

Giulia
