Especially the relation between sp3-content and graphitization temperature is interesting. I only know only one publication on this topic: G. Davies, T. Evans. Proc. R. Soc. London, 328 (1972), 413. Another suggestion would be helpfull.
Subject is old and well studied, I recommend studying it from the Raman spectrodcopy point of view. You can try for example:
