Hello,

I've blotted a 30kDa protein to nitrocellulose from 12% Bis-Tris NuPAGE gels run in MES or MOPS buffers, and transfer from MOPS seems less efficient from MOPS gels. I understand that MOPS gels take longer to run than MES; would this also effect transfer (transfer is via semi-dry electroblot using carbonate+10% methanol transfer buffer)? I didn't find anything in lit or online.

Any help is appreciated.
